i and auntie bee went to the gynaecologist today and I THINK ITS A BOY! haha no i can't be sure its too early. but we'll know when the CVS results come out. the CVS is a very painful procedure whereby a blunt needle is plunged into your stomach to extract placenta fluid to check for abnormalities and trisomies in the baby. only for women pregnant after 35. because once you're 35, the risk of trisomy is 1 in every 180 women. after 45, its 1 in 20. so remind me not to get pregnant after 35 because CVS hurts like hell.
